Tsenam is an online store offering print-on-demand products.

Our products are made after an order is placed and may be produced and fulfilled through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

By placing an order with Tsenam, you agree that your order may be processed by our fulfillment partners for the purpose of producing and delivering your purchased products.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will use our website and products only for lawful purposes.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you should use this website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

This means we do not maintain traditional ready-to-ship inventory for every design. Once you place an order, it may be sent to our fulfillment partner for production.

Because products are made specifically for an order, cancellations, returns, and exchanges may be limited.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

An order is not considered guaranteed until it has been accepted and processed by Tsenam.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in situations including:

Product availability issues
Pricing or listing errors
Payment problems
Suspected fraud
Incorrect customer information
Violation of these Terms
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an applicable refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Because our products are made to order, an order may enter production shortly after it is placed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or has been processed for fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.

This is consistent with the fulfillment limitations of our POD partner. Qikink states that processed orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information.

We may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped through our fulfillment and shipping partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

Production time
Shipping method
Delivery location
Weather
Holidays
Courier delays
Government restrictions
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.

Qikink notes that domestic and international delivery times can vary and that incorrect shipping information may result in additional shipping costs.

9. Customer Shipping Information

Tsenam is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept the package, or similar customer-related reasons, additional charges may apply for reshipping.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our products are made to order, so general returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If you receive a defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

For POD products, Qikink currently requires defect/damage claims to be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with supporting evidence such as photos and an unboxing video.

11. Customer Responsibility for Product Selection

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for checking:

Quantity
Shipping information

Please use the size chart provided on the relevant product page before ordering.

A wrong size selected by the customer is not considered a manufacturing defect.

12. Intellectual Property

All original Tsenam designs, graphics, logos, text, photographs, product descriptions, website content, and other materials provided by Tsenam are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not:

Copy our designs
Reproduce our artwork
Sell our designs
Modify our designs for commercial use
Download and redistribute our content
Use our branding without permission

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Tsenam.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website to:

Interfere with website operations
