Order Processing

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

We use Quicking Supplier and trusted courier services to deliver orders across India.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Locations: 5–10 business days
- Delivery times may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unexpected courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor your shipment status.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package:
- Record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the parcel.
- Contact us within 24 hours with proof of damage.
