Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Tsenam. We make our products to order and work with third-party fulfillment and shipping partners to produce and deliver your purchases.

Please read the following shipping policy to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All Tsenam products are made to order.

After your order is successfully placed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner for production and processing.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within 2–3 business days. In some situations, processing may take longer due to high order volumes, printing requirements, quality checks, holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.

2. Delivery Time

India

For most locations in India, delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

Your PIN code
Shipping method
Courier availability
Weather conditions
Holidays
Local delivery conditions
Unforeseen courier delays

Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is generally around 4–8 business days, although some orders may take longer.

Remote / Special Locations

Some PIN codes may require delivery through India Post when other courier services are unavailable. India Post deliveries may take approximately 3–15 working days and may have more limited tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods

Depending on your location and product, your order may be shipped using available courier services selected by our fulfillment partner.

Shipping may be provided through:

Air/Express shipping
Surface shipping
India Post where other courier services are unavailable

The available shipping method may vary according to your delivery PIN code and other logistical factors.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

Please note that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed or unavailable for certain shipping services, including some India Post shipments.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

You are responsible for providing the correct:

Full name
House/door number
Street/locality
City
State
PIN code
Phone number

An incorrect or incomplete address can result in delivery failure or the order being returned to the fulfillment facility.

6. Failed Delivery & RTO

An order may be returned to the fulfillment facility (Return to Origin / RTO) if delivery cannot be completed.

Common reasons include:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer not available/contactable
Customer refusing the package
COD payment not being available
Door/premises being closed
Customer requesting future delivery
PIN code becoming unserviceable
Other courier-related delivery issues

If an order is returned because of customer-provided incorrect information, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, Tsenam may not be able to provide a refund.

If you want the product shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

7. Delays

Tsenam is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
Severe weather
Courier disruptions
Strikes
Government restrictions
Public holidays
Incorrect address information
Unexpected logistics problems
High shipping volumes

Delivery estimates are therefore estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost or if you receive a visibly damaged package, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged products, please keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs/videos of the issue so that we can investigate the claim with our fulfillment or shipping partner.

9. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.

International delivery times and shipping charges vary depending on the destination country, package weight, shipping method, and courier.

Customers receiving international shipments may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

Any such charges are generally outside Tsenam's control.

10. Multiple Products

If your order contains multiple products, your items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability, production, or fulfillment requirements.

You may therefore receive more than one package for a single order.

11. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process or included in the product/order price depending on how shipping is configured on our store.

Our fulfillment partner calculates shipping costs based on factors such as shipment weight, shipping method, and destination.
